AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTION 1 OF ORDINANCE
NO . 678 OF THE CITY OF MIAMI BEACH, FLORIDA,
ENTITLED "AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF MIAMI
BEACH, FLORIDA, ESTABLISHING A SCHEDULE OF
SALARIES TO BE PAID TO THE ADMINISTRATIVE
OFFICERS OF THE CITY OF MIAMI BEACH, FLORIDA,
AND FIXING THE RATES THEREOF" .
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF MIAMI BEACH,
FLORIDA:
SECTION 1 . That that portion of Section 1 of Ordinance No .
678 of the City of Miami Beach, Florida
reading as follows :
"N. City Attorney Salary per month 1,045.00
Together with a monthly allowance
to City Attorney for secretarial
assistance in the sum of 740.00
AND '
together with a monthly allowance
to City Attorney for three assistants
in the sum of 2,135.00"
be and the same is hereby amended to read as follows:
"N. City Attorney Salary per month 1,045.00
Together with a monthly allowance
to the City Attorney for secretarial
assistance in the sum of 373 .00
AND
together with a monthly allowance
to the City Attorney for two
Assistant City Attorneys in the
sum of 1,450.00"
SECTION 2. That all ordinances or parts of ordinances in
conflict herewith be and the same are hereby
repealed.
SECTION 3. That this ordinance shall go into effect as of
October 1, 1957.

having been passed and adopted by the City Council of the City
of Miami Beach, Florida, has been posted by me in three conspicuous
places in the City of Miami Beach, one of which was at the door of
the City Hall in said City on the 2nd day of October, 1957
and that said Ordinance remained posted for a period of at least
thirty days in accordance with the requirements of the City Charter
of the said City of Miami Beach.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF I have hereunto set my hand and
affixed the official seal of the City of Miami Beach, Florida,
on this the 6th day of November, A.D. 1957
