Ordinance 1275 ORDINANCE NO. 1275
AN ORDINANCE CHANGING THE DESIGNATION
OF BOUNDARIES OF THE LIQUOR ZONING MAP
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF MIAMI BEACH,
FLORIDA:
SECTION 1: That the Liquor Zoning Map designated and referred
to in Section 15.30 of the Code of the City of
Miami Beach, Florida, 1950", be and the same is hereby amended
so as to exclude from "D" District and include in I District,
as said Districts are set forth and defined in Sections 15.34
and 15.39, respectively, of said Code, the following described
lands situate, lying and being in Miami Beach, Dade County,
Florida, to wit:
Block Eleven (11) of the Amended Plat
of Ocean Front Property of Miami Beach
Improvement Company, .according to the
Plat thereof, recorded in Plat Book 5
at pages 7 and 8 of the Public Records
of Dade County, Florida.
SECTION 2: That this ordinance shall go into effect immediately
upon its passage and posting as required by law.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 20th day of November, A.D. 1957.

No. 1275 , entitled:
"AN ORDINANCE CHANGING THE DESIGNATION OF
BOUNDARIES OF THE LIQUOR ZONING MAP"
having been passed and adopted by the City Council of the City
of Miami Beach, Florida, has been posted by me in three conspicuous
places in the City of Miami Beach, one of which was at the door of
the City Hall in said City on the 20th day of November, 1957
and that said Ordinance remained posted for a period of at least
thirty days in accordance with the requirements of the City Charter
of the said City of Miami Beach.
