AN ORDINANCE AMENDING A PORTION OF SECTION 1
OF ORDINANCE NO. 1362 OF THE CITY OF MIAMI BEACH,
FLORIDA, AND A PORTION OF SECTION 38.4 OF "THE
CODE OF THE CITY OF MIAMI BEACH, FLORIDA, 1950".
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF MIAMI BEACH,
FLORIDA:
SECTION 1 That that portion of Section 1 of Ordinance No. 1362
reading as follows:
"That that portion of Section 1 of Ordinance No. 256
of the City of Miami Beach, Florida, set forth in
said ordinance as follows:"
be and the same is hereby amended to read as follows:
"Section 1. That that portion of Section 38.4 of
"The Code of the City of Miami Beach,
Florida, 1950", set forth in said Section as follows:"
SECTION 2 That all ordinances or parts of ordinances in
conflict herewith be and the same are hereby repealed.
SECTION 3 This ordinance shall go into effect immediately
upon its passage and posting as required by law.

OF SECTION 38.4 OF 'THE CODE OF THE CITY OF NIAMI BEACH,
FLORIDA, 1950'",
having been passed and adopted by the City Council of the City of
Miami Beach, Florida, has been posted by me in three conspicuous
places in the City of Miami Beach, one of which was at the door of
the City Hall in said City on the 17th day of August, 1960,
and that said Ordinance remained posted for a period of at least
thirty days in accordance with the requirements of the City Charter
of the said City of Miami Beach.
