AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 789 OF THE CITY OF MIAMI BEACH, FLORIDA, ENTITLED: "AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF MIAMI BEACH, FLORIDA, ESTABLISHING OFFICIAL CLASSIFICATIONS OF POSITIONS IN THE CLASSIFIED SERVICE OF THE CITY OF MIAMI BEACH, FLORIDA, AND PROVIDING COMPENSATION THEREFOR, PURSUANT TO THE PROVISIONS OF THE CIVIL SERVICE ACT; AND PROVIDING FOR THE ADMINISTRATION OF THIS ORDINANCE AND REPEALING ORDINANCES IN CONFLICT HEREWITH. BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF MIAMI BEACH, FLORIDA: SECTION 1: That Sub -Section 6 of Section 1 of Ordinance No. 789 of the City of Miami Beach, Florida, be and the same is hereby amended to read as follows: "6. PERSONNEL OPERATIONS .01 Assistant Personnel Director Compensation Minimum Maximum 383.00 536.00 mo." SECTION 2: That all ordinances or parts of ordinances in conflict herewith be and the same are hereby repealed.
