RESOLUTION NO. 993
District SR-62 Sewer Improvement SR-62
lHliIREAS, the City Council, by resolution passed and adopted
on the 18th day of February, 1925 , ordered the Sewer Improvement
SR-62, District SR-62, and the City Engineer, under direction of
the City Council, has prepared and filed with the City Clerk, plans
and specifications of such improvement and an estimate of the cost
thereof, including an estimate of the cost of the incidental expens-
es of said improvement, and whereas the City Auditor has reported
in writing to the City Council th -t funds are in the treasury appli-
cable to and sufficient for the payment of the City' s share of the
cost of said improvement, and whereas due notice by publication as
required by the City Charter has been made that the City Council
would on the 4th day of March, 1925, at the City Hall in said City,
at 9 :00 o' clock A. M. , receive and hear remonstrances of all inter-
ested persons to the confirmation of said resolution ordering said
improvement, and no remonstrances having been presented at the time
and place aforesaid,
THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of
Miami Beach, elorida, that the said resolution of said City Council
ordering said Sewer Improvement SR-62, District SR-62, be and the
same is hereby confirmed.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this27th day of March, A. D. , 1925.
