AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 678, ENTITLED:
"AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF MIAMI BEACH, FLORIDA,
ESTABLISHING A SCHEDULE OF SALARIES TO BE PAID TO
THE ADMINISTRATIVE OFFICERS OF THE CITY OF MIAMI
BEACH, FLORIDA, AND FIXING THE RATES THEREOF. "
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF MIAMI BEACH,
FLORIDA:
SECTION 1: That those portions of Section 1 of Ordinance No. 678
of the City of Miami Beach, reading as follows:
"B. City Clerk Salary per month $851 .00
C. Shop and Water Superintendent Salary per month 775 .00"
"Y. Auditorium and Exhibition
Hall Manager Salary per month 850.00"
be and the same are hereby amended to read as follows:
"B. City Clerk Salary per month $1,O00.Oo
C . Shop and Water Superintendent Salary per month 850.00"
"Y. Auditorium and Exhibition
Hall Manager Salary per month 1,000.00"
SECTION 2: That all ordinances or parts of ordinances in conflict
herewith be and the same are hereby repealed.
SECTION 3: This ordinance shall become effective as of May 1, 1958.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 21st day of May, A.D. 1958.

THE RATES THEREOF",
having been passed and adopted by'the City Council of the City
of Miami Beach, Florida, has been posted by me in three conspicuous
places in the City of Miami Beach, one of which was at the door of
the City Hall in said City on the 21st day of June, 1958,
and that said Ordinance remained posted for a period of at least
thirty days in accordance with the requirements of the City Charter
of the said City of Miami Beach.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF I have hereunto set my hand and
affixed the official seal of the City of Miami Beach, Florida,
on this the 16th day of July, A.D. 1958 .
