RESOLUTION NO. 999
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF MIAMI BEACH, FLORIDA, that the said City
Council waive all objections on the part of the
City of Miami Beach, Florida, to the proposed re-
pairs and addition to a present dock in Biscayne
Bay adjoining the property belonging to the estate
of Julius Fleishman, in accordance with plans pre-
pared by Mr. W. E. Brown, a re7istered engineer.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 27th day of March, A.
D. , 1925.
