AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 289,
• COMMONLY KNOWN AS "THE ZONING ORDINANCE
OF THE CITY OF MIAMI BEACH, FLORIDA" .
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF MIAMI BEACH,
FLORIDA:
SECTION 1: That Ordinance No . 289, commonly known as "The
Zoning Ordinance of the City of Miami Beach, Florida, "
and the maps attached thereto and made a part thereof be and the
same are hereby amended so as to exclude from the "BB" Business
District and to include in the "BC" Business District, as said
districts are set forth and defined in said ordinance, those
certain parcels of land situate in Miami Beach, Florida, described
as follows, to wit :
Lots 1 through 14, Block 13, ALTON BEACH
REALTY COMPANY'S SUBDIVISION; and Lots 1,
2, 9 and 10, Block 13A, ISLAND VIEW ADDITION,
according to the Plat thereof, recorded in
Plat Book 9 at page 146 of the Public Records
of Dade County, Florida;
The East half (E2) of Lots 1 through 8,
Block 14; the East half (E2) of Lots 2
through 10, Block 16; and Lots 3 through 10,
Block 16A, all in ISLAND VIEW SUBDIVISION,
according to the Plat thereof, recorded in
Plat Book 6, page 115 of the Public Records
of Dade County, Florida;
The East half (E2) of Lots 1 and 2, Block 14A,
ISLAND VIEW ADDITION, according to the Plat
thereof, recorded in Plat Book 9, page 144 of
the Public Records of Dade County, Florida;
SECTION 2: All ordinances or parts of ordinances in conflict
herewith be and the same are hereby repealed.
SECTION 3: This ordinance shall go into effect immediately
upon its passage and_posting as required by law.

of Miami Beach, Florida, do hereby certify that Ordinance
No. 1301 , entitled: "AN ORDINANCE AMENDING CHAPTER 14 OF 'THE
CODE OF THE CITY OF MIAMI BEACH, FLORIDA, 1950 ", BY ADDING THREE
NEW ADDITIONAL SECTIONS THERETO, NUMBERED 14.13, 14.14 and 14. 15,
having been passed and adopted by'the City Council of the City
of Miami Beach, Florida, has been posted by me in three conspicuous
places in the City of Miami Beach, one of which was at the door of
the City Hall in said City on the 18th day of June, 1958,
and that said Ordinance remained posted for a period of at least
thirty days in accordance with the requirements of the City Charter
of the said City of Miami Beach.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF I have hereunto set my hand and
affixed the official seal of the City of Miami Beach, Florida,
on this the 6th day of August, A.D. 1958
