RESOLUTION NO. 1005
BE IT h,:SOLVED by the City Council of the City of Miami
Beach, .r'lorida:
1st: That The Miami Daily News & Metropolis is a newspaper
of general circulation in the City of Miami Beach, .Florida:
2nd: That there is no newspaper published within the City
of Miami Beach, &lorida.
3rd: That said he Miami Daily News and Metropolis is
hereby selected as the newspaper in which the '.12ax Collector of
said. City shall publish once each week, for four consecutive weeks ,
a list or statement of all real estate assessed for the year 1924
and upon which the taxes shall not have been IR id before April 1,
1925, which list shall be advertised according to law, specifying
the amount due on each parcel of real estate together with the
cost of advertising and expense of sale and such real estate shall
be listed in such list in the same order in vhich the land was as-
sessed.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 15th day of April, A. D. , 1925.
