Ordinance 1307 ORDINANCE NO . 1307 AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTION 1 OF ORDINANCE NO . 789 OF THE CITY OF MIAMI BEACH, FLORIDA, ENTITLED: "AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF MIAMI BEACH, FLORIDA, ESTABLISHING OFFICIAL CLASSI- FICATIONS OF POSITIONS IN THE CLASSIFIED SER- VICE OF THE CITY OF MIAMI BEACH, FLORIDA, AND PROVIDING COMPENSATION THEREFOR, PURSUANT TO THE PROVISIONS OF THE CIVIL SERVICE ACT; AND PROVIDING FOR THE ADMINISTRATION OF THIS ORDINANCE AND REPEALING ORDINANCES IN CONFLICT HEREWITH" . ` . BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF MIAMI BEACH, FLORIDA: SECTION 1: That that portion of Section 1 of Ordinance No. 789 of the City of Miami Beach, Florida, reading as follows: '24.
