AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 289,
COMMONLY KNOWN AS THE "ZONING ORDINANCE
OF MIAMI BEACH"
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF MIAMI BEACII,
FLORIDA:
SECTION 1 That those portions of Sections 4-C, 4-D, and 5,
of Ordinance No. 289, commonly known as the "Zoning
Ordinance of Miami Beach, reading as follows:
"valet and massage service utilities"
be and the same are hereby amended to read as follows:
"valet service facilities for guests of
the hotel only, and wherein the installation
or use of laundry or dry cleaning machinery
or equipment shall not be permitted, and
massage service facilities,"
SECTION 2 That all ordinances or parts of ordinances in
conflict herewith be and the same are hereby repealed.
SECTION 3 This ordinance shall go into effect immediately upon
its passage and posting as required by law.

entitled: "AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 289, COMMONLY
KNOWN AS THE 'ZONING ORDINANCE OF MIAMI BEACH'",
having been passed and adopted by the City Council of the City of
Miami Beach, Florida, has been posted by me in three conspicuous
places in the City of Miami Beach, one of which was at the door of
the City Hall in said City on the 18th day of January, 1961,
and that said Ordinance remained posted for a period of at least
thirty days in accordance with the requirements of the City Charter
of the said City of Miami Beach.
