AN ORDINANCE VACATING A PORTION OF A CERTAIN
PUBLIC WAY OR ALLEYWAY HERETOFORE DEDICATED
TO THE CITY OF MIAMI BEACH, FLORIDA, BY DEED
RECORDED IN DEED BOOK 2075, PAGE 291, OF THE
PUBLIC RECORDS OF DADE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF MIAMI BEACH,
FLORIDA:
SECTION 1 That of that certain street or alleyway heretofore
dedicated to the City of Miami Beach, Florida, and
the public described in Deed Book 2075 at page 191 of the Public
Records of Dade County, Florida, the following portion thereof,
to wit:
the easterly 102.38 feet of a certain
rectangular strip of land twenty (20)
feet in width, and bounded on the North
by the South line of Lot 4, of Block 53,
of PINE RIDGE, a Subdivision of Dade
County, Florida, according to the Plat
thereof recorded in Plat Book 6 at page 34
of the Public Records of Dade County,
Florida; on the East by Washington Avenue;
on the West by Drexel Avenue; and on the
South by a line parallel to and twenty (20)
feet distant from the said South line of
said Lot 4 of Block 53, of PINE RIDGE, as
aforesaid;
is hereby vacated, discontinued, and abandoned.
SECTION 2 That all ordinances or parts of ordinances in conflict
herewith be and the same are hereby repealed.
SECTION 3 That this ordinance shall go into effect immediately
upon its passage and posting as required by law.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 15th day of February, 1961.

of Miami Beach, Florida, do hereby certify that Ordinance No. 1412,
entitled: "AN ORDINANCE VACATING A PORTION OF A CERTAIN PUBLIC WAY
OR ALLEYWAY HERETOFORE DEDICATED TO THE CITY OF MIAMI BEACH, FLORIDA,
BY DEED RECORDED IN DEED BOOK 2075, PAGE 291, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS
OF DADE COUNTY, FLORIDA,"
having been passed and adopted by the City Council of the City of
Miami Beach, Florida, has been posted by me in three conspicuous
places in the City of Miami Beach, one of which was at the door of
the City Hall in said City on the 15th day of
February, 1961
and that said Ordinance remained posted for a period of at least
thirty days in accordance with the requirements of the City Charter
of the said City of Miami Beach.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF I have hereunto set my hand and
affixed the official seal of the City of Miami Beach, Florida, on
this the 5th day of April, 1961.
