Ordinance 1338 ORDINANCE NO. 1338
AN ORDINANCE AMENDING CHAPTER 32 OF
"THE CODE OF THE CITY OF MIAMI BEACH,
FLORIDA, 1950" .
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF MIAMI BEACH,
FLORIDA:
SECTION 1: That Chapter 32 of "The Code of the City of Miami
Beach, Florida, 1950" be and the same is hereby
amended by adding immediately following Section 32.12 a new
section to be numbered Section 32.12.1. and reading as follows:
"It shall be unlawful for any person to place
or park, or to permit or authorize any person
to place or park any vehicle or other device
on any vacant lot or parcel of land, or on any
parking lot, for the purpose of displaying any
sign or advertisement of whatsoever nature affixed,
attached, or otherwise placed on such vehicle
or other device. "
SECTION 2: All ordinances or parts of ordinances in conflict
herewith be and the same are hereby repealed.
SECTION 3: This ordinance shall go into effect immediately
upon passage and posting as required by law.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this i4th day of March 1959.

having been passed and adopted by the City Council of the City of
Miami Beach, Florida, has been posted by me in three conspicuous
places in the City of Miami Beach, one of which was at the door of
the City Hall in said City on the 4th day of March, 1959,
and that said Ordinance remained postedfor a period of at least
thirty days in accordance with the requirements of the City Charter
of the said City of Miami Beach.
