AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 678,
ENTITLED: "AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF
MIAMI BEACH, FLORIDA, ESTABLISHING A
SCHEDULE OF SALARIES TO BE PAID TO THE
ADMINISTRATIVE OFFICERS OF THE CITY OF
MIAMI BEACH, FLORIDA, AND FIXING THE
RATES THEREOF."
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF MIAMI BEACH,
FLORIDA:
SECTION 1 That Sub -Section Q of Section 1 of Ordinance No. 678
of the City of Miami Beach, Florida, be and the same
is hereby amended to read as follows:
"Q. If offices of Chief Building Inspector
and Assistant City Manager are
combined
Salary per month $1,065.00"
SECTION 2 That all ordinances or parts of ordinances in
conflict herewith are hereby repealed.
SECTION 3 That this ordinance shall go into effect as of
February 15, 1961.

Miami Beach, Florida, has been posted by me in three conspicuous
places in the City of Miami Beach, one of which was at the door of
the City Hall in said City on the Lot day of mob, 1961
and that said Ordinance remained posted for a period of at least
thirty days in accordance with the requirements of the City Charter
of the said City of Miami Beach.
