AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTION 37.94..3 OF
CHAPTER 37 OF "THE CODE OF THE CITY OF
MIAMI BEACH, FLORIDA, 1950"
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF MIAMI BEACH,
FLORIDA
SECTION 1. That Section 37.94.3 of Chapter 37 of "The Code of
the City of Miami Beach, Florida, 1950" be and the
same is hereby amended to read as follows:
"Sec. 37.94.,3. It shall be unlawful for any person
to park, or cause to be parked, a
truck, tractor, trailer or semi -trailer, having a
net weight of more than three thousand pounds, upon
the public streets in any area of the City of
Miami Beach zoned as "RDD", "RDE", "HI", "REA", "RE",
or "FEE" Use Districts, or more than five thousand
pounds upon the public streets in any area of the
City of Miami Beach zoned as "BAAA", "BAA", "BA",
"BB", or "BC" Use Districts, as said Districts are
shown in Ordinance No. 289 of the City of Miami Beach,
Florida, except (a) while loading or unloading property,
or (b) when such vehicle is parked in connection with
and in aid of the performance of a service to or on
the property in the block in which the vehicle is
parked."
SECTION 2. That
same
all ordinances in conflict herewith be and the
are hereby repealed.
SECTION 3. That this ordinance shall go into effect immediately
upon its passage and posting as required by law.

CODE OF THE CITY OF MIAMI BEACH, FLORIDA, 1950'"
having been passed and adopted by the City Council of the City of
Miami Beach, Florida, has been posted by me in three conspicuous
places in the City of Miami Beach, one of which was at the door of
the City Hall in said City on the 1st day of November, 1961,
and that said Ordinance remained posted for a period of at least
thirty days in accordance with the requirements of the City Charter
of the said City of Miami Beach.
