DISTRICT SR-65 IMPROV NT SR-65
B. IT R. SOLV. D BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF MIAMI
BEACH, FLO' IDA:
That the construction of the following described improve-
ment is hereby ordered to be made ; the City Cpuncil hereby
setting forth its intention to proceed under rection 29
of the City Charter.
SR-65 .4,n eight inch Concrete Sanitary Sewer and
necessary manholes and appurtenances :
In Washington Avenue from a point thirty feet
West and thirteen feet North of the Southeast
corner of Washington Avenue and First Street,
to a point eighty-two feet South from said
Southeast corner End two feet est of the East
line of said Washington Avenue ; and
Also two feet West of the East line from the
said point eighty-two feet South of the South-
east corner of 'Nashington Avenue and First
Street to a point twenty-five feet North of the
North line of Biscayne .Avenue , as said Street
and Avenue are shown on a Plat recorded in Plat
Book No. 2, Page 38, and as said Washington
Avenue is named and designated in Ordinance
No. 170 , recorded in Deed Book No . 297 , Page 242,
all of the Public Records of Dade County, Florida .
The City Engineer is hereby directod to prepare and to file
with the City Clerk plans and specifications of said improve-
ments and an estimate of the cost thereof, including an
estimate of the cost of the expenses of preliminary and other
s*rveys, the inspection and superintendence of the work,
the preparation of plans and specifications and estimate,
the printing and publication of notices and proceedings,
the preparation of bonds and any other expenses necessary
and proper. This Improvement shall be designated in all
proceedings , assessments and bonds as Sewer Improvement
5R-65, and the property against which assessments may be
made for the cost thereof hereunder shall be designated
as District SR-65.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this Fifteent day of April , A. D. , 1925.
