RESOLUTION NO. 1008
BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of Miami
Beach, Florida:
That this City has no objection to the construc-
tion of a pier by the Palm Island Investment Company in
Biscayne Bay in front of Lots 1 and 2 of Block 2 of Palm
Island, and waives all objections to the issuance of such
permit by the War Department of the United States.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 22nd day of April, A. D. ,
1925.
