RESOLUTION NO. 1015
District H-80 Highway Improvement H-80
BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Miami
Beach, Florida:
That the construction of the following described improve-
ment is hereby ordered to be made; the City Council hereby setting
forth its intention to proceed under Section 29 of the City Charter.
H-80 ALLEY BETWEEN MICHIGAN AND JEFFERSON
AVENUES: To be paved to a width of
eighteen feet with a Bituminous 'Wear-
ing Surface on a rock base from the
north line of Second Street to the
South line of Third Street, as said
alley, Avenues and Streets are shown
on a plat recorded in Plat Book No.
2, Page 81 and as said Michigan and
Jefferson Avenues are named and desig-
nated in Ordinance No. 170 recorded
in Deed Book No. 297 , Page 242, all
of the Public necords of Dade County,
Florida.
The City Engineer is hereby directed to prepare and to
file with the City Clerk plans and specificatio:1s of said improve-
ments and an estimate of the cost thereof, including an estimate
of the cost of the expenses of preliminary and other surveys, the
inspection and superintendence of the work, the preparation of plans
and specifications and estimate, the printing and publication of
notices and proceedings, the preparation of bonds and any other
expenses necessary and proper. This improvement shall be designated
in all proceedings, assessments and bonds as Highway Improvement
H-$0, and the property against which assessments may be made for the
cost thereof hereunder shall be designated as District H-80.
