RESOLUTION NO. 1018
BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of Miami
Beach, Florida:
That this City has no objection to the con-
struction of a marginal wharf in Biscayne Bay at the
property of the Biscayne Point Realty Corporation, and
waives all objections to the issuance of such permit
by the Year Department of the United States.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 6th day of May, A. D. ,
1925.
