RESOLUTION NO. 1022
BE IT RESOLVED that the president of this City
Council, Mr. John H. Levi, and the City Attorney, Mr. G.
E. McCaskill, appear before Col. G. A. Youngberg, District
Engineer for the United States War Department and protest
against any filling of the islands in Biscayne Bay west of
Sunset Lake, in a northerly or southerly direction, which
will make such islands larger in extent from North to South
than they are at this time.

1925.
