RESOLUTION NO. 1024
DISTRICT H-81 HIGHWAY IMPROMMNT H-81
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF TN i CITY OF MIAMI
BEACH, FLORIDA:
That the construction of the following described improve-
ment is hereby ordered to be made; the City Council hereby setting
forth its intention to proceed under Section 29 of the City Char-
ter.
H-81 BAY ROAD: To be paved, and where
heretofore paved, repaved to a width
of forty feet with a Bituminous Wear-
ing surface on a Rock Base and Concrete
curb and gutter from the North line of
Lincoln Road to the Bay Road Out Lot,on Collins Canal,
as said Roads and Out Lot are shown on
a plat recorded in Plat Book No. 6,
Page 114, of the Public Records of Dade
County, Florida.
The City Engineer is hereby directed to prepare and to file
with the City Clerk plans and specifications of said improvement
and an estimate of the cost thereof, including an estimate of the
cost of the expenses of preliminary and other surveys, the in-
spection and superintendence of the work, the preparation of plans
and specifications and estimate, the printing and publication of
notices and proceedings, the preparation of bonds and any other
expenses necessary and proper. This improvement shall be desig-
nated in all proceedings, assessments and bonds, as Highway Im-
provement H-81, and the property against which assessments may be
made for the cost thereof hereunder shall be designated as District
H-81.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 20th day of May, A. D. , 1925.
