RESOLUTION NO. 1035
BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of Miami Beach,
Florida:
That Ed R. Neff, as City Engineer for said City, be
and he is, hereby directed and authorized to make applica-
tion to the War Department of the United States for a re-
newal of the permit to dump garbage in the Atlantic Ocean
and to make such application in the name of said City or in
his own name as a representative of said City.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 20th day of May, A. D. , 1925.
