RESOLUTION NO. 1036
BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of idiami Deach,
Florida:
That Ed. R. Neff, as City Engineer for said City, be
and he is hereby directed and authorized to mage application
to the Eiar Department of the United States for a permit to
lay a double 12 inch inverted sewer syphon under Indian Creek,
a waterway within the City of Miami Beach, Florida, at or near
Twenty-eighth Street and to make such application in the name
of said City or in his own name as a representative of said
City.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 20th day of May, A. D. , 1925.
