RESOLUTION NO. 1037
BE IT aESOLVED by the City Council of Miami Beach,
Florida:
That Ed R. Neff, as City Engineer for said City, be and
he is, hereby directed and authorized to make application to
the 'War Department of the United States for a permit to lay a
double 16 inch inverted sewer syphon under Biscayne Water Jay,
a waterway within the City of Miami Beach, Florida, at or near
West Forty-first Street and to make such application in the name
of said City or in his own name as a representative of said
City.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 20th day of May, A. D. , 1925.
