RESOLUTION NO. 1046
District H-81 Highway Improvement H-81
WHEREAS, the City Council, by resolution passed and adopted
on the 20th day of May, 1925, ordered the Highway Improvement
H-81, District H-81, and the City Engineer, under direction of
the City Council, has prepared and filed with the City Clerk,
plans and specifications of such improvement andan estimate of
the cost thereof, including an estimate of the cost of the inci-
dental expenses of said improvement, and whereas due notice by
publication as required by the City Charter has been made that
the City Council would on the 3rd day of June, 1925, at the City
Hall in said City, at 9 :00 o' clock A. M. , receive and hear remon-
strances of all interested persons to the confirmation of said
resolution ordering saidimprovement, and no remonstrances having
been presented at the time and place aforesaid,
THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City
of Miami Beach, Florida, that the said resolution of said City
Council ordering said Highway Improvement H-81, District H-81, be
and the same is hereby confirmed.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 3rd day of June, A. D. , 1925.
