RESOLUTION NO. 1047
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF MIAMI BACH,
FLORIDA:
1, Thct Senate Bill No. 510 proposed to give to the
City of Miami a large area of submerged land lying in the city
of Mimi Bc'ach,
2. That if that territory is given away that part thereof
in the city of Miami Beach should be ;riven to Miami Beach.
3. That said bill threatens to hinder much development
which will redown to the benefit of all of Dade Counkr.
4, That Senator J. W. Watson and : epresentative No: ris
McElya be and they are requested tc cause the repeal of said
bill, or to request the Speaker of the House and the President
of the Senate or either nct to sign said bill, and, that the
Governor be requested to veto said bill should it be impracti—
cable to stop the bill in the Hou e or Senate.
