RESOLUTION NO. 1050
BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Miami
Beach, Florida:
section 1. That after this date all checks or warrants
drawn upon any depository of the funds of money of this City
be signedby the City Clerk as heretofore and countersigned
by the City En sineer and that such checks or warrants be honored
by such depository without the signature of any other person.
Section 2. That a certified copy hereof be supplied to
each such depository upon its request.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 17th day of June, A. D. , 1925.
