RESOLUTION NO. 1057
HIGHWAY DISTRICT H-35 HIGHWAY IMPROVEMENT H-35
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Miami Beach, Florida,
met on the 15th day of July, A. D. , 1925, at 9:00 o ' clock A. M. , at the
City Hall in the City of Musci Beach, .elorida, pursuant to the notice
of said meeting, as per Section 29 of the City Charter, to hear all
written objections to the confirmation of the preliminary assessment
roll on highway District H-35, Highway Improvement H-35, by any per-
son whose property is described in said preliminary assessment roll,
and
WHEREAS, the City Oouncil having received no -,.rritten remonstrances
filed at the confirmation of the said preliminary roll by any person
whose property is described in said roll,
THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of Miami Beach,
Florida, the prima facie assessment roll as indicated on said p-relimi-
nar_y assessment roll, be and is, in all things confirmed and sustained
against any and all lots or parcels of ground described therein.
BE IT FtJRTNI]R RESOLVED that the sums and amounts against each of
the lots or parcels of ground in said preliminary assessment roll :; s
less than the amount that each of said lots or parcels of ground is bene-
fited by said improvement ; that the total cost of said improvement in
the sum of ElevenThousand Eight Hundred Seventeen and 03/100 Dollars
(011,817.03) is hereby approved and confirmed.
BE IT FLIRT LR RESOLVED that ten (10) days after the date of this
confirmation of said assessment roll, the same be delivered to the City
Clerk of said City and said City Clerk is hereby ordered, thirty (30)
days after the date of this resolution, to make collections of the
assessments therein as required by law.
