AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 678, ENTITLED
"AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF MIAMI BEACH, FLORIDA,
ESTABLISHING A SCHEDULE OF SALARIES TO BE PAID TO
THE ADMINISTRATIVE OFFICERS OF THE CITY OF MIAMI
BEACH, FLORIDA, AND FIXING THE RATES THEREOF."
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF MIAMI BEACH,
FLORIDA:
SECTION 1. That paragraph "D" of Section 1 of Ordinance No. 678
of the City of Miami Beach, Florida, be and the same
is hereby amended to read as follows:
"D. Police Chief Salary per month $1,047.00"
SECTION 2. That paragraph "H" of Section 1 of Ordinance No. 678
of the City of Miami Beach, Florida, be and the same
is hereby amended to read as follows:
"H.
SECTION 3.
repealed.
SECTION 4.
Superintendent of
Recreation Salary per month $ 845.00"
That all ordinances or parts of ordinances in
conflict herewith be and the same are hereby
That this ordinance shall be effective as of January
1, 1962.
