AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTION 1 OF ORDINANCE
NO. 678 OF THE CITY OF MIAMI BEACH, FLORIDA,
ENTITLED: "AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF MIAMI
BEACH, FLORIDA, ESTABLISHING A SCHEDULE OF
SALARIES TO BE PAID TO THE ADMINISTRATIVE
OFFICERS OF THE CITY OF MIAMI BEACH, FLORIDA,
AND FIXING THE RATES THEREOF".
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF i'iIAMI BEACH,
FLORIDA:
SECTION 1: That that portion of Section 1 of Ordinance No. 678
of the City of Miami Beach, Florida, reading as follows:
"A. City Engineer Salary per month
be and the same is hereby amended to read as follows:
A. City Engineer
999.00"
Salary per month $1,250.00
SECTION 2: That all ordinances in conflict herewith be and the
same are hereby repealed.
SECTION 3: That this ordinance shall go into effect as of May 16,
1962.

having been passed and adopted by the City Council of the
City of Miami Beach, Florida, has been posted by me in three
conspicuous places in the City of iiiami Beach, one of which
was at the door of the City Hall in said City on the
20th day of June, 1962, and that said Ordinance
remained posted for a period. of at least thirty days in
accordance with the requireiaents of the City Charter of the
said City of Miami Beach.
