AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF MIAMI BEACH, FLORIDA
CHANGING THE NAME OF A DESCRIBED PORTION OF HAWTHORNE
AVENUE TO BAYSIDE LANE.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF MIAMI BEACH,
FLORIDA:
SECTION 1: That that portion of Hawthorne Avenue lying South of
the Southerly line of 77 Street as shown on Plat of
Kerr & Williams Subdivision recorded in Plat Book 58, Page 47 of
the Public Records of Dade County, Florida and on Plat of Biscayne
Point recorded in Plat Book 14, Page 35 of said records and named
and designated in Ordinance Number 232 as Hawthorne Avenue is
hereby changed in name and designation, and shall hereafter be
known, designated and referred to as "Bayside Lane".
SECTION 2: That all ordinances or parts of ordinances in conflict
herewith be and the same are hereby repealed.
SECTION 3: That this ordinance shall go into effect immediately
upon its passage and posting as required by law.
PASSED and ADOPTED this 5th day of July, A.D. 1962.

CHANGING THE NAME OF A DESCRIBED PORTION OF HAWTHORNE
AVENUE TO BAYSIDE LANE',
having been passed and adopted by the City Council of the
City of Miami Beach, Florida, has been posted by me in three
conspicuous places in the City of iiami Beach, one of which
was at the door of the City Hall in said City on the
5th day of July, 1962, and that said Ordinance
remained posted for a period of at least thirty days in
accordance with the requiretaeuts of the City Charter of the
said City of Miami Beach.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF I have hereunto set my hand and
affixed the official seal of the City of Miami Beach, Florida,
on this the 5th day of September, 1962.
