Ordinance 1872ORDINANCE NO. 1872 AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 289, COMMONLY KNOWN AS "THE ZONING ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF MIAMI BEACH, FLORIDA." BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF MIAMI BEACH, FLORIDA: SECTION 1. That Section 16 of Ordinance No. 289, commonly known as "The Zoning Ordinance of the City of Miami Beach, Florida," be, and the same is hereby amended by adding the following additional paragraphs thereto, immediately following the words "District No. 79": SECTION 2. SECTION 3. Attest: "District No. 80 There shall be a front yard having a depth of not less than 25 feet. There shall be a rear yard having a depth of not less than 40 feet. There shall be a side yard having a width of not less than 15 feet on either (each) side of a building." "District No. 81 There shall be a front yard having a depth of not less than 20 feet. There shall be a rear yard having a depth of not less than 20 feet. There shall be a side yard having a width of not less than 15 feet on either (each) side of a building." All ordinances or parts of ordinances in conflict herewith be and the same are hereby repealed. This ordinance shall go into effect immediately upon its passage and posting as required by law.
