RESOLUTION NO. 1065
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF MI_A.2I
BEACH, FLORIDA:
That application has been made by North Venetian
Islands Company for a waiver of objection to the bulkheading
and filling of submerged lands in the North end of Biscayne
Bay; that the City Attorney, G. E. McCaskill is authorized
to investigate the same and when satisfied therewith to
sign in behalf of this council a waiver of objection to
such improvement.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 29th day of July,1925,
