RESOLUTION NO. 1070
DISTRICT H-86 HIGHWAY IMPROVEMENT H-86
Rr; IT RESOLVED BY TNTil CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF MIAMI BEACH,
FLORIDA:
That the construction of the following described improvement
is hereby ordered to be made ; the City Council hereby setting forth
its intention to proceed under Section 29 of the City Charter.
H-86 DADE BOULEVARD: To be paved, and where hereto-
fore paved, repaved, to a width of fifty-five
feet, from . iscayne Bay to the wast line of Lot
7, of Resubdivision of Lot 1, Block 1, .,id-Golf
Subdivision, with a 10" Limerock i3ase, with a
Bituminous Wearing Surface, and Concrete Curb
and Gutter; as said Boulevard, Biscayne Bay and
Subdivision are shown on Plats recorded in Plat
Book No. 6, Page 115 ; in Plat Book No. 9, Page
143; all of the Public Records of Dade County,
Florida.
The City Engineer is hereby directed to prepare and to file
with the City Clerk plans and specifications of said improvement and
an estimate of the cost thereof, including an estimate of the cost
of the expenses of preliminary and other surveys, the inspection and
superintendence of the work, the preparation of plans and specifica-
tions and estimates, the printing and publication of notices and pro-
ceedings, the preparation of bonds, interest during construction, legal
services, abstracts, etc. , and any other expenses necessary and proper
in conducting the proceedings and work herein provided for; and the
estimated amount to be assessed against each front foot of abutting
property.
This Improvement shall be designated in all proceedings, assess-
ments and bonds as i ighway improvement H-86, and the property against
which assessments therefor may be made for the cost thereof shall be
designated as District H-86..
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 29th day of July, A. D. , 1925.
