RESOLUTION NO. 1074
DISTRICT SR-69 SANITARY SEWER •Th ROVEMENT SR-69
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF MIAMI BEACH,
FLORIDA:
That the construction of the following described improvement
is hereby ordered to be made ; the City Council hereby setting forth
its intention to proceed under Section 29 of the City Charter.
SR-69 The laying underground of a 30" Terra Cotta Sanitary
sewer, or a 30" Concrete Sanitary Sewer, and necessary
manholes and appurtenances:
At or near the center of Ouimet Avenue , from a point
seven feet South of the North line of West Twenty-
eighth Street to the center line of Nest Thirty-first
Street ;
At or near the center of West Twenty-ninth Street, from
the center line of said Ouimet Avenue , South of said
West Twenty-ninth Street , to the center line of said
Ouimet Avenue, North of said West Twenty-ninth Street ;
The laying underground of a 27" Terra Cotta Sanitary
Sewer, or a 27" Concrete Sanitary Sewer and na cessary
manholes and appurtenances:
At or near the center of said Ouimet Avenue , from said
center line of said West Thirty-first Street to a
point eight feet North of the South line of West Forty-
first Street;
Together with a 6" Terra Cotta or a 6" Concrete Sewer
Lateral from each of such main sewers to the line of ap-
proximately each one hundred feet of adjacent property
between the North line of said West Twenty-ninth Street
and the South line of said West Thirty-first Street and
between the North line of West Fortieth Street and the
South line of said West Forty-first Street; as a part
of the main Improvement.
The laying underground of an 18" Terra Cotta Sanitary
Sewer or an 18" Concrete Sanitary Sewer and necessary
manholes and appurtenances :
At or near the center of flamingo Drive to and across
Pine Tree Drive, from a point five feet North of the
North line of Lot 1, Block 2, flamingo Terrace Subdivi-
sion, to the West line of said Pine Tree Drive and seven
feet South of the North line of said West Twenty-eighth
Street;
The laying underground of an 8" Terra Cotta Sanitary Sewer
or an 8" Concrete Sanitary Sewer and necessary manholes
and appurtenances:
At or near the center of Prairie Avenue from a point one
hundred and twenty feet Awrtih of the North line of sai 1"8
"' 0 Nest fortieth Street to the center line of west Thirty-
fourth Street ;

At or near the center of said Prairie Avenue, from a
point thirty-seven feet South of the South line of
said, West Thirty-fourth Street to the center line of
said. West Thirty-first Street;
At or near the center of said. Prairie Avenue, from a
point twenty-three feet South of the South line of
said West Thirty-first Street to a point at the center
life of said. Prairie Avenue and fifty-three feet north
of the south line of said. Twenty-eighth Street;
At or near the center of Sheridan Avenue , from a point
twenty-five feet South of the South line of said West
Thirty-fourth Street to the center line of said. West
Thirty-first Street;
At or near the center of said. West Thirty-fourth Street,
from the center line of said. Prairie Avenue to the
West line of said. Prairie Avenue ;
At or near the center of said. West Thirty-first Street,
from the center line of said Prairie Avenue to a point
one hundred and sixty feet East of the center line of
said Sheridan Avenue ;
At or near the center of West Thirtieth Street, from
the center line of said Prairie Avenue to a point ninety-
five feet Last of the East line of said. Sheridan Avenue ;
At or near the center of said ;West Twenty-ninth Street,
from the center line of said Ouimet Avenue , South of
said. West Twenty-ninth Street, to a point two hundred
and thirty-eight feet East of said center line of said
Twenty-ninth Street ;
Together with a 6" Terra Cotta, or a 6" Concrete Sewer
Lateral from each of such main sewers to the line of
approximately each fifty feet of adjacent property; as
a part of the main Improvement.
The laying underground of a 10" Terra Cotta Sanitary Sewer
or a 10" Concrete Sanitary Sewer and necessary manholes
and appurtenances :
At or near the center of said. 'nest Thirty-fourth Street,
from the center line of said Prairie Avenue to the center
line of said Ouimet Avenue ;
Together with a 6" Terra Cotta, or a 6" Concrete , Sewer
Lateral from each of such main sewers to the line of
approximately each one hundred feet of adjacent property;
as a part of the main Improvement ;
As said Avenues, Drives , Streets and Subdivision are
shown on a Plat recorded. in Plat Book No. 4, Page 154;
in Plat Book No. 6, Page 111; Plat Book No. 8, Page 116;
in Plat Book No. 10, Page 3; in Plat Book No. 8, Page 39 ;
and in Plat Book No. 7, Page 151; all of the Public Re-
cords o f Dade County, r'lo rida;
And it is hereby directed that the material, nature,
character and size of said improvement be subsequently de-
termined in conformity with one of Bach descriptions.
The City Engineer is hereby directed to prepare and to file
with the City Clerk plans and specifications of each kind of said
improvement and an estimate of the cost of each, including an es-
timate of the cost of the expenses of preliminary and other surveys,
the inspection and superintendence of the work, the preparation of
plans and specifications and estimates, the printing and publication
of notices and proceedings, the preparation of bonds, interest during
construction, legal services, abstracts, etc. , and any other expenses
necessary and proper in conducting the proceedings and ww rk herein
provided for ; and the estimated amount to be assessed against each
front foot of abutting property.
This Improvement shall be designated in all proceedings,
assessments and bonds as Sewer Improvement. SR-69, and the property
against which assessments therefor may be made for the cost thereof
shall be designated as District SR-69.
