RESOLUTION NO. 1078
DISTRICT SR-73 SANITARY SEWER IMPROVEMENT SR-73
BE IT RESOLVED BY TKF, CITY COUNCIL OF THF, CITY OF MIAMI BEACH,
FLORIDA:
That the construction of the following described improvement
is hereby ordered to be made; the City Council hereby setting forth
its intention to proceed under Section 29 of the City Charter.
SR-73 The laying underground of an 8" Terra Cotta Sanitary
Sewer, or an 8" Concrete Sanitary Sewer, and neces-
sary manholes and appurtenances:
At or near the center of North Bay Road from a point
seven feet East of the West line of Alton Road to
the North line of Lot 24, Block 9, of the Amended Plat
of Sunset Lake Subdivision;
At or near the center of said North Bay Road, from
the center line of West Twenty-seventh Street to a
point ninety-three feet North of the North line of
West Twenty-first Street;
The laying underground of a 10" Werra Cotta Sanitary
Sewer, or a 10" Concrete Sanitary Sewer, and necessary
manholes and appurtenances:
At or near the center of said West Twenty-seventh Street,
from the center li__e of said North Bay Road to a point
seven feet East of the West line of said Alton Road;
Together with a 6" Terra Cotta, or a 6" Concrete Sewer
Lateral, from each of such main sewers to the line of
approximately each fifty feet of adjacent property; as
a part of the main Improvement ;
The laying underground of an 18" Terra Cotta Sanitary
Sewer, or an 18" Concrete Sanitary Sewer, and necessary
manholes and appurtenances:
At or near the ce.:ter of said West Twenty-seventh Street,
from the said point seven feet East of the said West
line of said Alton Road across said Alton Road to the
intersection of the East line thereof with the center
line of a ten foot easement across the Miami Beach Bay
Shore Golf Course, described as follows:- the center of
said ten foot easement being the line between the inter-
section of the center line of said West Twenty-seventh
Street with the center line of said Alton Road and the
intersection of the center line of West Twenty-eighth
Street with the center line of North Meridian Avenue ;
Also in the center of said ten foot easement from said in-
tersection with said East line of said Alton Road to the
West line of said North Meridian Avenue ;
At or near the center of said West Twenty-eighth Street,
from the intersection of the said center line of said ten
foot easement with the i4 West line of said Northiiitvidian
,r. ,,g Avenue to the center line- of Prairie Avenue North of said
West 'Twenty-eighth Street ;

As said roads, Streets, Avenues and txolf Course are
shown on Plats recorded in Plat Book No. 4, Page 200; i n
Plat Book No. 7, Page 161; and in Plat Book No. 8, Page
52; all of the Public Records of Dade County, Florida.
And it is hereby directed that the material, nature,
character and size of said improvement be subsequently
determined in conformity with one of such descriptions.
The City Engineer is hereby directed to prepare and to file with
the City Clerk plans and specifications of each kind of said improve-
ment and an estivate of the cost of each, including an estimate of the
cost of the expenses of preliminary and other surveys, the inspection
and superintendence of the work, the preparation of plans and specifi-
cations and estimates, the printing and publication of notices and
proceedings, the preparation of bonds, interest during construction,
legal services, abstracts, etc. , and any other expenses necessary and
proper in conducting the proceedings and work herein provided for; and
the estimated amount to be assessed against each front foot of abutting
property.
This Improvement shall be designated in all proceedings, assess-
ments and bonds as Sewer Improvement SR-73, and the property against
which assessments therefor may be made for the cost thereof shall be
designated as District SR-73.
