RESOLUTION NO. 1081
DISTRICT SR-76 SANITARY SEWER IMPROVEMENT SR-76
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF MIAMI BEACH,
FLORIDA:
That the construction of the following described improvement
is hereby ordered to be made ; the City Council hereby setting forth
its intention to proceed under Section 29 of the City Charter.
SR-76 The laying underground of a 12" Terra Cotta Sanitary
Sewer, or a 12" Concrete Sanitary Sewer, and neces-
sary manholes and appurtenances :
At or near the East curb of North Meridian Avenue,
from the center line of West Forty-sixth Street to
a point three feet North of the South line of West
Forty-first Street.
The laying underground of a 21" Terra Cotta Sanitary
Sewer, or a 21" Concrete Sanitary Sewer, and necessary
manholes and appurtenances:
At or near the south curb of said West Forty-first
Street, from the point twenty-five feet West of the
East line of said North Meridian Avenue to a point
fifteen feet West of the West line of Biscayne Water-
way;
Together with a 6" Terra Cotta, or a 6" Concrete Sewer
Lateral, from each of such main sewers to the line of
approximately each fifty feet of adjacent property ;
as a part of the main Improvement.
As said Avenue and Streets are shown on a Plat recorded
in Plat Book No. 8, Page 1;50, of the Public Records of
Dade County, .'lor i da.
And it is hereby directed that the material, nature,
character and size of said Improvement be subsequently
determined in conformity with one of such descriptions.
The City Engineer is hereby directed to prepare and to file
with the City Clerk plans and specifications of each kind of said
improvement and an estimate of the cost of each, including an esti-
mate of the cost of the expenses of preliminary and other surveys,
the inspection and superintendence of the work, the preparation of
plans and specification and estimates, the printing and publica-
tion of notices and proceedings, the preparation of bonds, interest
during constriction, legal services, abstracts, etc. , and any other
expenses necessary and proper in conducting the proceedings and work
herein provided for; and an estimated amount to be assessed against
each front foot of abutting property.
This Improvement shall be designated in all proceedings, as-
11'°''i sessments and bonds as Sewer Improvement SR-76, and the property
against which assessments therefor may be made for the cost thereof
shall be designated as District SR-76.
