RESOLUTION 10. 1087
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF ISIAMI BEACH, FLORIDA:
That the City of Miami Beach, Florida, has no
objection to the proposed construction of Timber
Groynes along the Ocean Front at <.iami Beach, Florida,
along the H.S. Firestone, James H. Snowden and the
Snowden Estate Properties and hereby waives all
objection to said construction as indicated on plans
prepared by Engineer J. IL Braxton and dated April,
1925.
PASSED AND ADOPTED THIS 29th day of July, A. D. ,
1925.
