RESOLUTION NO. 1092
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CIT COUNCIL OP THE CITY OF MIAMI
BEACH, FLORIDA:
That the said City has no objections to the proposed con-
struction of an addition to the present wharf and bulkhead in
Biscayne Bay adjoining the property of the Gulf Refining Company
in Miami Beach and hereby waives all objections to said construc-
tion as shown on the drawings prepared by said Gulf Refining
Company and dated July 6th, 1925.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 1st day of August , A. D. , 1925.
