RESOLUTION NO. 1094
BE Tr RESOLVED BY -EU CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF MIAMI
BEACH, 2LO ;IDA:
That said City has no objections to the proposed dredging
by the Miami Bank and Trust Company, as Trustee, in Biscayne
Bay, adjoining bay front property in Miami Beach and hereby
waives all objections to said proposed dredging as shown on a
drawing prepared by William B. Lamb, Supervising ingineer, and
dated July 8th, 1925.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 1st day of August, A. D. , 1925.
