RESOLUTION NO. 1102.
District SR-67 Sanitary Sewer Improvement SR-67.
WHEREAS, on the 29th day of July, 1925, the City Council
passed and adopted a resolution ordering the improvement des-
i
ignated as Sanitary Sewer Improvement SR-67, District SR-67,
and directed the City Engineer to prepare and file plans and
specifications of such improvement and an estimate of the cost
thereof, including an estimate of the incidental expenses, and
the said plans and specifications and estimate of cost and
estimate of incidental expenses have been filed by the City
ngineer with the City Clerk.
THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of viami
Beach, Florida, that the City Clerk shall cause to be posted
at the door of the City Hall in the City of Miami Beach, Har-
die' s Casino and the U. S. Post Office in the City of Miami
Beach, a notice stating that at a meeting of the City Council
of Miami Beach to be held at the City Hall in the City of
Miami Beach, on the 19th day of august, 1925, at 9 :00 o 'cbck
tA.M. , the City Council will hear the remonstrances of all
persons interested to the confirmation of said _resolution
ordering said improvement.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 5th day of August, A.D. , 1925.
