RESOLUTION NO. 1112
District SR-77 Storm Sewer Improvement SR-77
WHEREAS , on the 29th day of July, 1925, the City Council
passed and adopted a resolution ordering the improvement des-
ignated as Storm Sewer Improvement SR-77 , District CR-77 , and
directed the City Engineer to prepare and file plans and spec-
ifcations of such improvement and an estimate of the cost
thereof, including an estimate of the incidental expenses, and
the said plans and specifications and estimate of cost and
estimate of incidental expenses have been filed by the City
Engineer with the City Clerk.
THEREFORE, BE IT hESOLVED by the City Council of Miami
Beach, 21orida, that the City Clerk shall cause to be posted
at the door of the City hall in the City of Miami Beach, Har-
die ' s Casino and the U. S . Post Office in the City of Miami
Beach, a notice stating that at a meeting of the City Council
of Miami Beach to be held at the City Hall in the City of
Miami Beach, on the 19th day of August , 1925, at 9 :00 o ' clock
A.M. , the City Council will hear the remonstrances of all per-
sons interested to the confirmation of said resolution order-
ing said improvement .
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 5th day of August, A.D. , 1925 .
