RESOLUTION NO. 1113
District SR-78 Storm Sewer Improvement SR-78
WHEREAS , on the 29th day of July, 1925, the City Council
passed and adopted a resolution ordering the improvement
designated as Storm Sewer Improvement SR-78 , District SR-78 ,
and directed the City :,ngineer to prepare and file plans and
specifications of such improvement and an estimate of the
cost thereof, including an estimate of the incidental expenses ,
and the said plans and specifications and estimate of cost
and estimate of incidental expenses have been filed by the
City Engineer with the City Clerk.
THEREFO_ E, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of Miami
Beach, Florida , that the City Clerk shall cause to be posted
at the door of the City Hall in the City of Miami Beach,
Hardie ' s Casino and the Y. S . Post Office in the City of
Miami Beach, a notice stating that at a meeting of the City
Council of Miami Beach to be held at the City Hall in the
City of Miami Beach, on the 19th day of August, 1925, at 9 :00
o' clock A.M. , the City Council will hear the remonstrances
of all persons interested to the confirmation of said reso-
lution ordering said improvement .
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 5th day of August , A.D. , 1925.
