RESOLUTION NO. 1118
BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of Miami Beach,
Florida:
That Ed R. Neff, as City Engineer for said City, be
and he is hereby directed and authorized to make application
to the Commandant United States Coast Guard for a twenty foot
easement across their property for the laying of sewers , water
pipe and other underground structures, and to make such ap-
plication in the name of said City or in his own name as a
representative of said City.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 19t ; ay of/August, A. D.i 1925.
