BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF MIAmi
BEACH, PLOT;IDA:
That the City of Miami Beach, Florida, has no objection
to the proposed construction of groynes along the Ocean 2ront
at Miami Beach, :Florida, along the McCarthy Properties, Inc. ,
property and hereby waives all objection to said construction
as indicated on plans dated July, 1925.
