RESOLUTION NO. 1121
WHEREAS, Park View Realty Corporation has this day submitted
to us a proposition in writing, evidenced by a letter , duly signed
by the said corporation and under its corporate seal, as to ad-
justment of differences now existing as between the City Council
and said company with reference to their property as shown on map
or plat filed with said letter and known as PARK VIEW; and,
WHEREAS, it is deemed advisable that the proposition so made
by the said company and contained in the letter aforesaid be, in
all things, accepted as to making a complete and binding contract,
THEA EFO 1, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF MIAMI BEACH, FLORIDA, that the said proposition contained in
the letter of said company, dated August 29th, 1925, and signed
by the Park View Realty Corporation, be and the same is hereby
accepted and approved, and that the letter containing the said
proposition, so made by the said company, of date aforesaid, be
filed with the Clerk of the City Council so as to fully evidence
the proposition made by the said Park view Realty Corporation, as
also the maps or plats referred to therein and filed concurrent
therewith, which said maps and plats are to be considered as part
of the said proposition so made by said company.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLV. _J that the said City Council of the
City of Miami Beach, by its proper officers, do at once, in con-
sideration of the proposition made by the said nark View Realty
Oor -oration and the acceptance thereof by the City Council of the
City of Miami Beach, do telegraph the Liovernor of the State of
.elorida, as well as the Secretary of the I. I. Board, advising
them that all objections of any nature or character as to the
sale of lands heretofore made to the I. I. Board, under Deed No.
17, 275, to 'Phomas H. Horobin and dated August 11th, 1925, which
has heretofore been filed by the City Council before the Trustees
smAR of the Internal Improvement Board are withdrawn and that the City

Council, after mature deliberation, approves the sale of the
said premises so made to the said Thomas H. Horobin, and raises
no furtaer objection with reference thereto .
