RESOLUTION NO. 1129
District SR-68 Sanitary Sewer Improvement SR-68
WHEREAS, the City Council, by resolution passed and adopted
on the 29th day of July, 1925, ordered the Sewer Improvement SR-68,
District SR-68, and the City Engineer , under direction of the City
Council, has prepared and filed with the City Clerk, plans and speci-
fications of such improvement and an estimate of the cost thereof,
including an estimate of the cost of the incidental expenses of said
improvement, and whereas the City Auditor hes reported in writing to
the City Council th =t funds are in the treasury applicable to and
sufficient for the payment of the City' s share of the cost of said
improvement, and whereas due notice by publication as re; uired by
the City Charter has been made that the City Council would on the
19th day of August, 1925, at the City Hall in said City, at 9:00
o' clock A. M. , receive and hear remonstrances of all interested per-
sons to the confirmation of said resolution ordering said improve-
ment, and no remonstrances ha--ing been presented at the time and
place aforesaid,
THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of
Miami Beach, Plorida, that the said resolution of said City Council
ordering said Sewer Improvement SR-68, District SR-68, be and the
same is hereby confirmed.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 2nd day o September, A. D. , 1925.
