RESOLUTION NO. 1130
District SR-69 Sanitary Sewer Improvement SR-69
WHEREAS, the City Council, by resolution passed and adopted
on the 29th day of July, 1925, ordered the Sewer Improvement SR-69,
District SR-69, and the City Engineer, under direction of the City
Council, has prepared and filed with the City Clerk, plans and speci-
fications of such improvement and an estimate of the cost thereof,
including an estimate of the cost of the incidental expenses of said
improvement, and whereas the City Auditor has reported in writing to
the City Council that funds are in the treasury applicable to and
sufficient for the payment of the City' s share of the cost of said
improvement, and whereas due notice by publication as required by the
City Charter has been mace that the City Council would on the 19th
day of August, 1925, at the city liall in said City, at 9:00 o' clock
A. M. , recei7e and hear remonstrances of all interested persons to
the co _firmation of said resolution ordering said improvement , and
no remonstrances having been presented at the time and place afore-
said,
TaEREPORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of
Miami Beach, :Florida, that the said resolution of said City Council
ordering said Sewer Impro7ement SR-69, District SR-69, be and the
same is hereby confirmed.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 2nd day, of September, A. D.
1925.
