Resolution 1142 RESOLUTION NO. 1142
BE IT RESOLVED BY TIE CITY COUNCIL OF TH: CITY OF MIAMI
BEACH, FLORIDA:
Section 1.
That the Cmrb Line on both sides of Alton hos.d,
between the North line of Dade Boulevard and the
South line of Nineteenth Street, be , and the
same is, hereby -ixed at fifteen feet from the
boundary line of the said road.
Section 2.
That the Curb Line on both sides of Eighteenth
Street, between the West line of Alton Road and
the East line of 'Purdy Avenue , be , and the same is,
hereby fixed at eight feet from the boundary line
of the said Stfeet.
Section 3.
That the C,�rb Line on both sides of Dade Boulevard,
between Biscayne Bay and the West line of Pine Tree
Drive , be , and the same is , herebu fixed at five
feet from the boundary line of the said Boulevard.
Section 4.
That the Sidewalk on both sides of Alton Road,
between the Earth line of Dade Boulevard and the
South line of Nineteenth Street, be , and the same
is, hereby fixed against the boundary line of the
said Road and shall be constructed eight feet wide,
Section 5.
That the Sidewalk on both sides of Eighteenth Street,
between the West line of Alton Road and the y' st
line of Purdy Avenue , be , and the same is, hereby
fixed against the boundary line of said Street and
shall be constructed five feet wide.
Section 6 .
That the Sidewalk on the North side of Dade Boule-
vard, between Biscayne Bay and the West line
of Pine Tree Drive , be , and the same is, hereby
fixed against the boundary line of said Boulevard
and shall be constructed four and one-half feet wide.
