RESOLUTION NO. 1144
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
MIAMI BEACH, FLORIDA:
That the said city has no objections to the proposed
dredging, filling and bulkheading in Biscayne Bay adjoining
Altos Del Mar Nos. 1, 2 and 3 in Miami 'leach and hereby waives
all objections to said construction as shown on the drawings
prepared by W. E. Brown, registered En,�;iueer, and dated June
22nd, 1925.
